Joe Dockery-Jackson, Ph.D.

Joe received his undergraduate degree in English and Psychology and a subsequent Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Illinois University. He earned his Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Iowa.

Joe is currently a partner of QUEST International, LLC, a company providing instructional design and executive coaching along with organizational development, facilitation and global communication services.  One focus of his work at Quest is leadership development and effectiveness.

Joe was ordained a deacon for the Peoria Diocese in 2002 and is assigned to St. Pius X parish in Rock Island. He has 9 children and 14 grandchildren (so far). 

Joe and Fr. Michael Adrie, a missionary priest from Ghana, have established the Archbishop Fulton Sheen Catholic Academy in a village in the Volta Region of the Republic of Ghana, West Africa.
