Instead of being just a Church that welcomes and receives by keeping the doors open, let us try also to be a Church that finds new roads, that is able to step outside itself and go to those who do not attend Mass, to those who have quit or are indifferent.

Fr. Mike Driscoll

Fr. Driscoll is a priest of the Diocese of Peoria. He was ordained in 1992 and has been pastor of several parishes.

He is currently serving as chaplain of St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Ottawa, Illinois. He has a B.A. in economics from the University of Illinois, an M.A. in moral theology from Mount St. Mary's Seminary, and a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from Regent University.

Father Driscoll's presentation is based upon his doctoral dissertation regarding mental disorders, demonic possession, and exorcism.
