Instead of being just a Church that welcomes and receives by keeping the doors open, let us try also to be a Church that finds new roads, that is able to step outside itself and go to those who do not attend Mass, to those who have quit or are indifferent.

Helena Glasova, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Helena Glasova is an Assistant Professor and Researcher in Hepatology, Clinical Pharmacology and Research Ethics and Bioethics. 

She received her M.D. degree from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia in 1997, and Ph.D. in Hepatology in 2007. She is a Council Member of the European Association for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics. She also works with the Slovak Medical University (SMU), Institute of Health Care Ethics, and is the Executive Editor of the journal, “Medical Ethics & Bioethics”.  Dr. Glasova is a Board Member of the European Federation of the Catholic Medical Associations (FEAMC).
